Interested in hearing what the music is going to sound like behind the highly anticipated "Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring?"

Samples from the soundtrack score, composed by Howard Shore, are now available online at the InSciFi Web site.

Half-minute samples of the 18 songs on the soon-to-be-released soundtrack are available in MP3 format including "The Prophecy," "Concerning Hobbits," "The Shadow of the Past," "The Treason of Isengard," "The Black Rider," "At the Sign of the Prancing Pony," "A Knife in the Dark," "Flight to the Ford," "Many Meetings," "The Council of Elrond," "The Ring Goes South," "A Journey in the Dark," "The Bridge of Khazad Dum," "Lothlorien," "The Great River," "Amean Hen" and "The Breaking of the Fellowship."

The soundtrack also will include the ending title theme, "May It Be," featuring the return of Enya in what is described as a "sad and stylistically" portrayed song that "fits the somber mood felt at the end of the film. Shore orchestrated the song, and it ends with a powerful and optimistic restatement of the theme as heard at the end of 'The Council of Elrond.' "

To listen to the MP3 samples of the songs, and to get more details on the soundtrack, visit the InSciFi Web site by clicking here.

"Lord of the Rings" premieres Dec. 19 in theaters.
