Coverage resumes Thursday

While the U.S. tries to piece together the attack, it's time for things to move on

SyFy Portal will resume its coverage beginning Thursday evening, catching up on what was missed over the last few days.

Greg Boubel and myself wanted to thank all of our visitors for continuing to support the site and understand why we would halt coverage for a few days. And I also wanted to thank everyone for their supportive e-mails and such. We have received dozens and dozens of e-mails from around the world.

I personally was not affected by the tragedy. I live a thousand miles away, as does Greg. But there are so many people who were ... so many people who lost loved ones ... so many people who are still afraid, and too many -- myself included -- that are angry that this happened.

Before we resume coverage, I may publish some of the e-mails and some of the comments here that we have received through our bulletin board.

Thank you for continuing your patronage to SyFy Portal.

Michael Hinman
