Moeller returns to 'Andromeda'

The star of the 2000 hit 'Gladiator' comes back to the show

He's coming back!

Ralph Moeller, who was one of the stars of the 2000 Oscar Award-winning picture "Gladiator," will be reprising his role of the bounty hunter Jeger in an upcoming second season episode of "Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda."

Moeller first played the character in the inaugural season episode, "Harper 2.0," and told convention-goers in Munich, Germany last month about his return.

The actor isn't staying away from the big screen, either, picking up a role in the 2002 "Mummy" spinoff, "The Scorpion King," starring The Rock, who had a guest appearance on "Star Trek: Voyager" during its sixth season.

SlipstreamWeb also released the name of two more episodes that can be found on Andromeda this year.

"Last Call At the Broken Hammer" is being written by John Parry, and is possibly a reference to the Knights of the Round Table story, "Libeaus Desconus."

The second episode, written by the veteran "Andromeda" team of Matt Kiene and Joe Rienkemeyer is called "Immaculate Perception," and is believed to be a continuation of the first season episode, "The Honey Offering."
